For both natural gas and propane service line installations, contact Rickey Locke, Supervisor of Field Operations/Propane Departments. Rickey and his crews install main extensions and service lines as well as maintain all aspects of the propane delivery to our customers and corrosion issues of the District’s underground pipes.

Gary Smith, Supervisor of Service/Safety, and his team perform the energy audits and complete service calls for our customers.

Brian Patterson, Engineer, is Supervisor of Mapping/Measurement and assures that the equipment used to flow and measure the natural gas used by our customers is safe and accurate.
